Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the permitted and prohibited uses of Telsense Technology Group's ("Telsense," "we," "our," or "us") internet services.   • Engaging in fraudulent activities, including impersonation or misrepresentation
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret
  • Engaging in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the services or networks connected to our services

4. Network Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices, accounts, and passwords. You must take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to our services through your account.

5. Network Performance

You must not use our services in a manner that could interfere with the normal operation of our network or the networks of others. This includes excessive bandwidth usage that significantly exceeds typical residential usage patterns.

6. Content

You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, download, transmit, or otherwise make available through our services. We do not monitor or control the content transmitted via our services, but we reserve the right to remove any content that violates this AUP or applicable laws.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately at help@telsense.co.za.

8. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. We may take any action we deem appropriate, including warning, suspending, or terminating your service without prior notice.

9. Modifications to AUP

We may modify this AUP at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated AUP.
